Hyloq obtains personal consumer information ("Personal Data") as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. Hyloq does not directly collect consumer Personal Data from the public. All such information is derived through contractual relationships with third-party vendors who collect the data and provide it to Hyloq. Hyloq then provides access to select information to its customers for marketing and analytical purposes.

2. What This Statement Covers

This Statement covers how we treat Personal Data obtained from our third-party vendors. It does not cover the practices of companies we do not own or control, or people we do not manage, such as the third-party vendors themselves.

3. Categories of Personal Data Used (Past 12 Months)

The following chart details the categories of Personal Data that we have obtained, used, and provided to our customers over the past twelve (12) months.

4. Special Disclosures for 2026

• Artificial Intelligence (AI): Hyloq utilizes AI technologies to personalize advertisements and perform data analysis. This includes the use of automated systems to predict consumer preferences.

• Sensitive Personal Information: Under the CPRA, "Precise Geolocation" is considered sensitive. Hyloq processes this data only where the third-party source has confirmed the consumer was provided an opt-in or the data has been de-identified.

• No Automated Opt-Out (GPC): Hyloq's platforms do not currently recognize or honor automated browser-based Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Universal Opt-Out signals. To exercise your right to opt-out, please use the manual methods described in Section 7.

5. How We Use Your Personal Data

We use Personal Data to provide services to our clients for:

• Personalizing advertisements, offers, and website content.

• Improving and developing Services (testing, research, analysis).

• Protecting against fraudulent or illegal actions.

• Complying with legal and contractual obligations.

Over the past twelve months, Hyloq has "sold" or "shared" (as defined by California law) the categories of identifiers, protected classifications, and geolocation data listed above to Advertisers and Marketing Consultants for targeted advertising.

• Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Info: Request that we limit the use of your sensitive personal information (such as precise geolocation).

Because Hyloq is a Processor that obtains data from third-party vendors, we may not be the primary "Controller" of your initial data record. To exercise your rights:

• Direct Request: Email us at webmaster@hyloq.com with the subject "CCPA/CPRA Request."

• Verification: We must verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Please provide sufficient information to allow us to match our records.

• Third-Party Vendors: Because any consumer Personal Data in our possession is proprietary to our vendors, you may also need to contact the original data collectors to ensure your data is removed at the source.

9. Data Security and Retention

We use physical, technical, and administrative security measures to protect your Personal Data. We retain data only for the period necessary to fulfill the business purposes outlined in this notice, unless a longer period is required by law.
